For photographers looking to brush up on their skills or beginners looking to learn more about their digital cameras, a new photography course will be starting soon. Local photographer Perc Carter will host the course at the U3A center, starting this Friday, May 5 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. He said the course is designed to be suitable for those who want to improve their photography skills and would include both indoor and field classroom activities to suit all camera levels. “Participants will increase their understanding of the elements that go into making great photographs, regardless of the type of camera used,” said Carter. Field activities would encourage people to practice their existing skills. âAfter the classroom activity, the images from the field trip will be evaluated by the participants themselves in a non-competitive and fun learning environment,â he said. at the Goulburn Workers’ Club.
